Organized by the University of Perpignan, the objective of this fourth meeting was the presentation and the discussion of the results of the modules " the dynamics of the exploitation and the development of renewable resources, " the methods of access and the regulation of access to renewable resources ", and the " analysis of public policy ". The accent was on the necessity of an increased effort for the diffusion and the use of results.
